The architecture of this neo-Palladian residence in Enatai, Bellevue, is a direct reflection of the combined talent of diverse professionals who worked to create it. Its architectural style evolved through the enlightenment of the Renaissance but not the opulent Baroque period - rather the simplicity of contemporary interpretations of its classical origins. Neoclassic architecture continues its evolutionary metamorphosis as it adapts its classical forms and shapes for modern purposes. Still, it retains a distinct appearance that is easily identified when compared to any other traditional styles.
This Country Manor on Hunts Point, required an exceptional team of professionals to execute, and none more important than its general contractor Claremont Construction led by the project manager and general partner, Adam Greisz. The grounds of this Country Manor, created by landscape architect Richard Hartlage, recall the green serenity of an English country estate where a winding drive and footpaths wind under magnificent specimen trees and end at casual gardens.
The Leeward Cottage is a representative of the Modern Farmhouse style. It combines the sleek clean lines of contemporary design with the cozy farmhouse aesthetic to create a uniquely fresh take on the country living inspired style. Modern farmhouse style is known for its warmth and simplicity, characterized by natural textures and materials like wood or galvanized steel. While cream is still the color of choice, paired with neutrals, bright, bold hues can also be used.
